Ingredients:
-1 lb. ground turkey
-1/2 cup bread crumbs
-1/2 cup minced onion
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 egg, lightly beaten
-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
-1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
-2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
-4 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, bread crumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the baking sheet.
4. In a separate bowl, combine broccoli florets, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until broccoli is evenly coated.
5. Place the broccoli around the meatloaf on the baking sheet.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165°F.
