The exercises I am going to suggest are a combination of hand and leg movements. These exercises can be done from the comfort of your own home and don’t require a lot of equipment. Start by doing 10-15 minutes of hand and leg exercises each day.
Start with some simple hand exercises such as finger curls, wrist curls, and even stretching your fingers. For the leg exercises, do some squats, lunges, and calf raises. Make sure to keep your back straight while doing these exercises and use your core muscles to help stabilize your body.
